Same Day Shipping

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Retail orders received by 12pm PST (3pm EST) ship the same day.

No Saturday UPS Deliveries

If you place your order after 12pm on Thursday (3pm EST) and choose UPS Next Day Air, it won’t ship until Friday, which means it won’t arrive until Monday. Next Day Air orders placed Friday after 12pm PST (3pm EST) won’t ship until Monday, so they won’t arrive until Tuesday.

Refunds and Returns

Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days at customer’s expense for a full refund or exchange. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a full replacement, provided you notify us within one week of delivery.
