In other words, you hereby acknowledge that any purchase shall be done at your own risk.
  2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The original customer, successors and assigns, agrees to hold GrassrootsHarmReduction.org harmless from any damages caused by the use of the products/compounds or services.
  5. The use of all products supplied by GrassrootsHarmReduction.org is at your own risk. GrassrootsHarmReduction.org supplied test kits can only give an indication of the substance and/or the amount in the sample. A 100% guarantee is not provided. Neither a positive result, nor a negative result means a sample is safe to ingest. No rights and or claims can be derived from the use of our tests. GrassrootsHarmReduction.org is not liable for the damages and/or accidents as a result of the use of our products.
  6. You must be above the age of 18 to purchase from GrassrootsHarmReduction.org.
  7. You agree to keep all GrassrootsHarmReduction.org products out of reach of children.
  8. All customers are assumed to be trained to safely handle chemicals. If you or your affiliates are not, then we do not know this and you will be held liable. The chemicals and/or supplies purchased may have hazardous properties and buyer is liable for handling the compounds in a safe and responsible manner.
  9. GrassrootsHarmReduction.org is not responsible for the actions of individuals, groups or businesses when they purchase and possess any products from the site.
  10. We reserve the right to limit or deny sales of our products to unqualified customers.
  11. The compounds GrassrootsHarmReduction.org offers are not to be repackaged and/or resold without the prior consent of GrassrootsHarmReduction.org.
  12. Users or visitors of this website are not allowed to use the name of Grassroots Harm Reduction LLC or GrassrootsHarmReduction.org or its logo or any images of the GrassrootsHarmReduction.org website for any promotional, media or commercial purpose or any other purpose without the prior consent of GrassrootsHarmReduction.org.
  13. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase for products that do not meet your expectations.The packaging must remain sealed and unopened, with none of its contents used. We do not refund the shipping cost and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
